CrossFit challenges you to do much more than you think you can, but no one will push you to do something for which your body isn’t ready. During the sessions you will be able to perform high intensity exercises (15-45 min.) which are multidimensional and vary in order not to become boring. This class will give you more motivation and you can use the time efficiently. Teamwork and personal objective are the two main points where this type of training is based, giving you the courage to overcome the barriers. The main focus of CrossFit is Force, Power, Coordination, Speed, Skill, Balance, Accuracy and Endurance.
