Repeat is a premium wellness and fitness club designed around long-term consistency. It brings together gyms, group training, classes, Pilates, swimming, recovery, spa, and nutrition in a connected environment across multiple locations in Tirana, so wellbeing feels integrated, not fragmented.
How do I get started?
You can begin by registering for your free one-week trial or contacting the team for guidance. From there, you’re free to explore and build your own rhythm.
Do I need to follow a strict program or schedule?
No. Repeat is built for flexibility. Some members follow structured training plans, others mix classes, swimming, and recovery freely. There is guidance available, but no rigid path you’re forced to follow.
Is Repeat suitable for beginners?
Yes. Many members start with little or no prior training experience. The environment is calm, supportive, and guided, without intimidation or pressure to perform.
What if I don’t have much time?
Repeat is designed for real life and busy people, that’s why we have 3 different locations. We’ve made it easier for you to come wherever it fits your schedule, whether at Wilson Square, Tirana Lake, or TEG. You can come for a focused session, a swim, or a moment of recovery without needing to spend hours. Consistency matters more than duration.
How do the different locations work?
Each location has its own atmosphere and focus, but all follow the same standards of quality and care. You can subscribe for a specific location, or experience all three. The Exclusive Membership allows you to experience all different environments at once, depending on your routine and preferences.
Can I combine services like training, classes, swimming, and spa?
Yes, and that’s the point.
