8 progressive levels (A–H), matched to each swimmer’s ability
Structured course
120 sessions per season = 10 courses x 12 sessions x 45 minutes (with seasonal progression)
Flexible schedule
Monday + Thursday: 14:45 – 19:15
Tuesday + Friday: 14:45 – 19:15
Wednesday + Saturday: 14:45 – 19:15
Saturday + Sunday: 10:15 – 11:45
Safety & hygiene
Daily water quality tests, pool disinfecting & filtration every 4 hours, to maintain pH between 7.2-7.4, temperature between 28-31 degree Celsius, and chlorination at 1.2 ppm.

One-to-one swim coaching focused on technique, confidence, and individual progression. Build lifelong strength, endurance and improve your overall health without strain or injury.
